Meeting Information

The field of cardiovascular pathology covers not only congenital diseases but also the acquired conditions that are diagnosed by histopathologists and anatomists. Treatments by mechanical devices and surgical procedures / transplantation also lead to challenges in determining new disease conditions. In addition, the work of forensic pathologists and the developments in molecular medicine are key to our gaining insights into new diseases and potential new therapeutic strategies.

This event is a platform for histo- and forensic pathologists, cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, biologists, geneticans, experts and experts-to-be to meet and share with each other for the benefit of our patients.

We cordially invite you to Cologne before the ESP/IAP meeting to join us by submitting an abstract or discuss new developments and cases.
